Closer (Tokyo remix) – The Chainsmokers feat. Mackenyu Arata

I have a new obsession (apart from One Piece), and his name is Mackenyu Arata aka the Japanese actor who plays Roronoa Zoro in the Netflix One Piece live action. I’ve seen him in movies before and I watched the One Piece live action, sure I admired his physicality and how amazing he looks doing all the stunts and fights himself, but due to Zoro being a quite subdued character, it didn’t hit me. Yet. Until my subconscious decided to take matters into its own hands and made me dream about him. I mean, I’m not surprised about the fact that I dreamt about One Piece. The amount I was consuming (anime, live action, reviews on Youtube etc), I was surprised it took me so many months to dream something One Piece. What I didn’t expect was dreaming only about Mackenyu. And not even as Zoro, as Mackenyu. I was so surprised and taken aback. See, whenever I feel (or in this case, dream) something that I don’t know the reason why to, I would become like this dog with a bone type and would not let go until I figure out what the hell is going on deep in my psyche. And it might be the spring season or my quickly approaching 40th birthday, I think something in me has awaken and eager to explore. Especially younger men who has cute faces but physically strong bodies. XD And all of this made me see Mackenyu in a whole new light and I quickly became obsessed. I’ve watched his older movies and interviews etc. One way I fuel my obsession is listening nonstop to ‘Closer’ by The Chainsmokers which Mackenyu covered. Five Songs I Love to Hum

I’m a hummer. Well, actually I like to sing more but when I’m not home alone, I would hum more. Sometimes it’s some song that is stuck in my head for some reason, but most of the time it’s the same five songs I have on my humming/singing rotation. Funny enough, they all have this dreamy quality to them. I mean, two of them even have the word ‘dream’ in the song title. 😀 So let’s go on to a little dreamy trip, shall we?

1. Close To You – Carpenters

By far my favorite song to hum and sing. One of the reasons is that it sits perfectly with my voice, it’s impossible for me not to smile while singing this. I could swear that this song is partly the reason why blue eyes are my favorite on my partners. 😀 That’s why all my fantasy partners in my naughty short stories have blue eyes. 😛

Ten Songs That Make Me Feel Sexy

And so continues the theme of the month – music! There are tons of songs that would make me feel sexy, I even have multiple ‘Sex it up’ playlists on different platforms. But right now, these ten songs are on the top. Have a listen, and touch yourself. 😀

1. Dance to This – Troye Sivan ft. Ariana Grande

This song came out around the time last year when my one-year celibacy was coming to an end, and I listened to it on repeat. So to say that I connect some intense sexual tension to this song is an understatement. I also happen to find Troye Sivan incredibly sexy in a fabulous way.

Closer – Nine Inch Nails

I have a playlist of songs that I crudely named ‘Sexy Time’. It’s a bunch of songs that get me in the mood, so to speak, but each of them are a different kind of sexy. ‘Closer’ by Nine Inch Nails is perhaps the closest to the kind of sex I crave and can’t live without, the primal and wild kind. I remember vividly the first time I ever encountered this song, I didn’t hear it, I read it. I was reading this ultra dark, highly sexual erotica online (unfortunately I don’t remember its name anymore), and this song popped up in a scene in which the two main characters, a man and a woman, met the first time. Between them was an instant untamed sexual attraction. I imagined him looking along the lines of Matt Czuchry. She was listening to this song with headphones on when their eyes met. He came and started a conversation with her, then asking what song she was listening to. She told him, saying he probably doesn’t know it. But he then leaned in close to her, whispering in her ear ‘I want to fuck you like an animal’. Both the woman in the story and me the reader felt a sudden surge of heat shooting straight for the crotch and the floodgate opened. I got goosebumps reading that line, even before I heard the song. I went and listened to it immediately and ever since that song would always turn me on, like a phantom arousal left from the muscle memory of the first time I read the one part of the lyrics. This song has been stuck in my head since someone did a cover on The X-Factor UK (not a very good cover). I haven’t decided yet whether I like this song or not but I guess sharing it might get it out of my head at least? 😀 Happy Friday!
