The Motivational Pasquale ‘Pat’ Brocco

I began round four of the 8-week workout plan this week, so I think it would inspire me to introduce you to someone truly inspirational: Pasquale ‘Pat’ Brocco. Pat is from Arizona, 31 years old, and he used to weigh 605 pounds! When he found out that his life was at risk because all of that weight, he decided to do something about it. He changed his diet, swapped whole milk for water and burgers for veggies. And he went out and walked. He did something simple, he just walked to his local Walmart for every meal. So three times a day he walked to Walmart and back, six miles altogether. In two years, he lost 200 pounds! Then he started going to the gym and got rid 130 pounds more. Look at him now! He looks awesome! He recently got rid of 30 pounds of excess skin and he is one hell of an example set for his young son.
